Corecom is currently recruiting for a System Support Analyst in the North West region for a company that has recently been nominated in the Top 100 Best Small Companies. With a continuous growth over the last 10 years, this company's vision is to make a real difference to the world.
- Working in the heart of the company, you will be supporting a range of software to aid a vast number of different franchises across the UK.
- Supporting other complementary systems such as call monitoring and capturing data, you will be working closely with a team of analysts that support the rest of the business
- Maintaining Email System Administration
- Handling and resolving challenging issues of the system raised by franchise owners
- The Ability to take ownership of a problem and see it through to the conclusion
- It is preferable to have 1+ years' experience in providing system support
- Patient, meticulous with an excellent telephone manner are all ideal qualities we are looking for with this role
- Proven experience in supporting CRM systems is desirable but not essential
