The Council have a focused Ofsted inspection over the next few weeks so as an Ofsted Project Manager, you will: Pre- Inspection To support the Head of QA in ensuring that the Children and Family Services has a plan in place for all possible inspections (Focus visits, JTAI and standard inspection). To be cognisant with the Ofsted frameworks and inspector handbooks in order to provide information to other managers both pre-inspection and during it. To support the inspection lead managers for: Logistics; Audit; Operations; Annex A data; and JTAI to identify and implement their project plans to ensure that we are ready for inspection. To QA and maintain the inspection library of documents. This includes ensuring that we have all required documents and minutes; that all documents have been formally signed off and QA'd; to maintain the library going forward, regularly replacing new minutes and documents and losing any documents older than 6 mths.
