Sous Chef - Restaurant (High end Department store) - Regents Street One of London's most stylish and exclusive fashion brand based in Regent's Street is now looking for a Sous Chef and for their in-house Restaurant The Sous Chef will receive a basic salary of £30,000 per year and negotiable. Bonus and a pension scheme will also be discussed at the interview stage and part of the financial package. The service charge is generous and up to £4,000/5,000 per year The Sous Chef role is for an immediate start, 45 hours per week and straight working shifts : 7am - 4pm 8am - 6pm 12pm - 9 pm The restaurant / brasserie is open from 8.00am to 9.00pm and therefore you will never be working late evenings It's essential the ideal Sous Chef is: Experienced in British cuisine Must be truly passionate about sourcing and working with ingredients from UK local farmers and foraging Knowledge of and able to deal with local organic suppliers and only the best ingredients are used The menu is changed quarterly and the seasonal dishes weekly We would like to hear from you and this is a great opportunity for a Sous Chef looking to work for an award winning company and at the same time have sociable working hours Unfortunately, due to the large volume of applications that we receive, we can only respond to successful applicants. The successful Head Chef will receive a salary of £45.000 per year. Have every Sunday OFF! As a Head Chef you will be required to work 5 days , maximum 48 hours per week. Extra shifts are paid !!!
